Hello. My name is Dean Gilford I am the owner of Kilowatt Heating, Air Conditioning, Electric & Solar. For 25 years homeowners have trusted me to provide top quality work on their homes and I have worked hard to earn that trust.
My Uncle Arnold taught me the electrical trade when I was 15 years old. (That's him in the plaid shirt.) Along with technical expertise he taught me about taking responsibility, time management and the value of a job well done. Many times he said to me “Work smarter and do the job right.”
When you make an appointment with Kilowatt I make sure that we arrive on time, that the job is completed with care and precision, and that your home is left clean.
I learned Heating and Air Conditioning from my Uncle Ed Brody. For many years I was blessed to work side by side with him and absorb his passion for great customer service. Each time we entered a home he asked me, “How can we better serve this customer?”

I am passionate about education. Kilowatt technicians are certified to work on all major brands of furnaces and air conditioning units and training is on going for everyone at the company. We are well qualified to install, maintain, and provide repairs for any of your heating and cooling needs as well as everything electrical.
