Air Conditioning System Installed

Unfortunately, heating and cooling systems in new homes are often not well designed and many are poorly installed. What I've found is that they typically leak a considerable amount of air (20% to 30% of the fan flow), have high static pressure due to undersized ducts and/or major duct constrictions from poor installation. Sometimes, even on newly installed units the air conditioning refrigerant loop is under charged.
